Faith in Action NCIPL

We are committed to helping you put your faith in action in North Carolina with the greatest possible impact.

We currently offer programs and resources in the areas of energy, food/agriculture, worship, youth empowerment, and advocacy.

To address energy, we have emPOWERed.

To strengthen the faith-food connection, we have Sacred Foodscapes for all Creation.

To help us preach what we wish to practice, we offer liturgical resources, a unique interfaith model, and a yearly national campaign as part of our Worship program. Our Program Coordinator is available as a preacher and presenter to congregations across the state.

In order to empower youth in the work of climate justice, we have the NCIPL Youth Leaders Initative.

Lastly, we are leading the way in effective advocacy with campaigns designed to meet our current need of just climate action. It is not enough to react to what has not been working. We need to build on what works, share what we love, and create the future we want while being inclusive of all.  Be sure to check out our Advocacy Toolkit, and please participate in our current campaign by pledging to be a Faith Climate Voter.

Together, we – members of faith communities all over our beautiful state of North Carolina – can make a difference by putting our faith in action.
