Mother’s Day Bulletin Insert

Resource Category: Bulletin Insert, Mental Health, Postpartum Depression

This resource was designed as a bulletin insert for Mother’s Day 2017. It may also be used as a flier or as a guideline to speak out about postpartum depression in your community of faith.

This Mother’s Day, we want to make sure all of our congregations have the tools they need to truly support their mothers. Postpartum depression and mood disorders are just one of the ways that new moms struggle, and we would love to see our congregations not only normalizing these experiences but providing much needed guidance, safety, and support.

Special thanks to Tara Millington, BSN Student and Doula, for her research assistance.
