Located in Morehead City, the Leon Mann, Jr. Enrichment Center is a welcoming place for older adults over 50, caregivers, and the community at large. They place a strong emphasis on free health and wellness programming, featuring a fitness center, social events, computer instruction, and many other educational and recreational activities. If you’re aged 60 or better, a free nutrition program (lunch) and transportation to and from the Center are available.
Staying independent is the key. Services for qualifying homebound adults aged 60+ include home-delivered meals provided free by caring volunteers.
