US-Cuba Friendship Caravan

This event will focus on the disastrous impact of the US blockade on the people of Cuba and the need for a new relationship between the two countries. During the Obama administration a hopeful process was begun but under the current administration those positive steps are being rolled back. It is for this reason justice-minded people in the US must redouble our efforts to create a fair and equitable relationship between our two countries. We must work together if we want economic and cultural relations to flourish and benefit the people of both our countries.

This event will be held at the Community Family Life & Recreation Center at Lyon Park in Durham.
