Resilience Documentary Screening

Please join other faith leaders and community members for a free screening of “Resilience: The Biology of Stress & The Science of Hope.” This documentary focuses on the toxic stress that some children experience, and how these experiences trigger hormones that negatively affect early childhood development.  This chain of events put these children at a higher risk for disease, homelessness, prison time, and early death.

Please join us after the film for a panel discussion focusing on the integral role that churches play in healing after trauma.
